Senior Management Team

Ron Holmes is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Faith Life International Church, Inc., in Orange City, Florida. He is a visionary leader with a mission to empower believers through the teaching and preaching of the uncompromised Word of God. His ministry as a pastor and teacher focuses on reaching the lost and building disciples who are passionate about living the God-first life.

Gina is pastor and co-founder of Faith Life International Church.  She was raised in Brooklyn, New York, where she grew up attending Catholic Church.   She was born again shortly after moving to Florida, where she met and married Pastor Ron.  As a business woman and co-pastor, Gina has a heart for seeing singles, married couples, and entrepreneurs in the Kingdom of God prosper.

Elders Dwayne and Mozelle Hedgepeth are Member Care Services Directors of Faith Life International Church. They bring years of experience and a wealth of insight to the ministry. By capturing the heart of God and the Senior Pastors, they are able to help shepherd the flock through ministering the Word of God and providing spiritual guidance to the body.  Elders Dwayne and Mozelle focus on cultivating a culture of community by strengthening interpersonal relationships in the body.  Their passion is for families to get and stay connected and flourish in the things of God. Their Love for God translates into their Love for God’s people.

Cato and Adrianne Mott serve as armor bearers and personal assistants to Pastors Ron & Gina Holmes. They support the pastors by managing their personals calendars,  the church calendar and by aiding in various other administrative tasks.  In addition, they assist in serving members, ministry leaders and ministry guests. Their hearts are to ensure the pastors are free to focus on the needs of our growing congregation and to ensure they have ample time before the throne of God.

Rich & Tucki  Messal are the Lead Intercessors at Faith Life International Church.  As Generals in the prayer ministry, they operate according to 2 Chron 7:14, “If my people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray.” Their mandate is to train up intercessors, and leaders of intercession. Their goal is to “be led by the Spirit” and to do only what they see the Holy Spirit do, and speak only what they hear Him speak. The Intercessory Prayer (IP) Team at FLIC is raised up to be a covering for all leaders, staff and ministries at FLIC and has been anointed to do so. They meet weekly as a team for prayer and conduct corporate prayer before every service. They also make up the hedge for our community, our surrounding communities, and our global community. God hears and answers our prayers here at Faith Life! Our intercessors are trained to not only do intercession, but to be intercession.

Sabine Robinson leads a team of facilitators for Faith Foundation Class, which is a 13-week class that provides a basic understanding of who God is, the Bible and principles every believer should embrace to ensure successful Christian living.  The class is taught in a manner that is practical, interactive and engaging to provide a solid foundation from which class participants from any religious background and  experience can grow into spiritual maturity, in the image and character of our Lord and Savior,  Jesus Christ. Sabine brings with her over 17 years of experience in various areas of human resources, including training, employee relations and performance management. 

Jennifer is the Operations Manager of Faith Life International Church. With her financial management background, Jennifer is fully invested in the revival God is bringing in this day to the church and marketplace. She is dedicated to equipping people in maintaining financial integrity through insightful teaching that empowers believers in God’s Kingdom economy. Jennifer is committed to the ideology of the Kingdom of God invading every area of business through prophecy, intercession, and practical application which result in a prosperous soul.
